I got my NuWave last year and I just now cooked an 11 lb turkey following the video instructions. The turkey came out perfect, moist and not dry at all and loved the veggies stuffed inside it also! I love to cook and experiment with new recipes. Sometimes, my meat dishes would turn out dry or undone on the inside.
