I am always skeptical about infomercials and had watched the nu-wave many times. However, when my sister said she bought one and loved it, I went right out and got one. It is fantastic. This past week, I even got the mini nu-wave which is a better size for just my husband and me. I will save the big one for large roasts or turkeys. These ovens are everything they profess to be. Every household should have one. Try sweet potatoes. They are fantastic cooked in the nu-wave as is everything else.
