| I have always wanted one of these since I first saw the infomercial years ago, but didn’t get one until my brother said he had one and liked it. I made the purchase the day before Mother’s Day 2012 and so far I am very pleased with it. It has cooked chicken deliciously for me as well as corn and a pork tenderloin.
I like the convenience of using it to do what I use my grill for, and like the commercial says, my kitchen does not get heated up. I am only disappointed that the instruction book does not tell you how to cook chicken breasts with bone in. But it was easy to figure out. Now I am a pro chicken cooker in this oven. I have not seen where it cooks quicker though. It takes 1 hour to cook 4 large bone-in (fresh not frozen) chicken breasts (30 minutes per side). Clean up however is exceptional. I soak the rack immediately in warm soapy water, clean it off with a sponge, and then wash out the catch basin. Total clean up. Easier than any non-stick I have ever had in my life. I could go on, but will just say, my mom was very happy with the chicken I made for Mother’s Day on it. It worked very well and browned my food nicely to doneness without burning it. I will be using this a lot. |
