First let me say that my husband and I really love our little Nu-Wave oven. We bought it because the oven in our conventional range is not working at the moment, but even if/when we get it fixed, we will still rely primarily on the Nu-Wave! It took a little experimenting, but I finally got a system down for baking fresh French bread whenever we want it. I make up a batch of dough, divide it in half, put one half (patted with buttered fingers) in a storage bag in the refrigerator (for baking later in the week) and shape/raise/bake the other half. After the top has browned I have to flip the loaf over to brown the bottom and to make sure it cooks through, but this doesn’t at all affect the quality of the final product.
