I received my NuWave Oven through the grape vine [so to speak]…..it was passed on to me from my brother and to him from his son and to him from his step sister…..I know it has reached it’s destination …my house!…..And is staying here as long as it keeps working……I totally love it and used it every day…..I put my whole meal in it…..and the flavors in veggies and meats are awesome…..There is one problem …..as it was getting past down from person to person ….some how the instruction book and recipe book got lost along the way…..I managed to figure out some of the controls……but I was wondering if you could send me an instruction booklet and a recipe booklet so that I could find out more uses with this magnificent machine.
