I got my NuWave last year and I just now cooked an 11 lb turkey following the video instructions. The turkey came out perfect, moist and not dry at all and loved the veggies stuffed inside it also! Great for no carb eaters. Thanks NuWave and thank you Jennifer for bringing us such great recipes to cook! Keep up the good work.
