Perfect Burger |
|
| Not perfect but a good burger? OK it IS perfect. It is Memorial Day. I live just by IMS(Indy 500) 95 degress outside. A friend here from Chef’s Academy taught me this. I bought cheap burger patties and just did this: salt and pepper them. I did not even oil the rack or the burgers. Cook 5 min on a side, turn….then in the bottom place the buns. I use whole wheat. They will not crisp. I added a fave barbecue sauce on the buns knowing that. The buns shrink. The burgers drip on the buns as they finish cooking. NO huge prep….just cook and go. Didn’t heat the apartment but warmed a few hearts… |
| Pros: Cooks from frozen, Saves time, Conserves energy, Doesn’t require pre-heating, Less heat it the kitchen, Clean up is easy |
| Cons: Delivery was not on time |
| Convenient for: My home, Small apartments |
| Usage: 1-3 times a week |
