Prime Rib Dinner...My, Oh My Delicious!! |

I ventured where I’ve never gone before and made a prime rib dinner for Christmas. Cooked it in my NuWave Oven Pro…My, Oh My…it was absolutely delicious!! I did let it sit out ~ 3 hours as recommended in some online recipes. All it took was to rub with seasonings, then cook on Hi for 15 mins/lb. Love being able to watch it cook. Was so nervous it would be overcooked. Nope, perfection!!! My family loved it and I will now be cooking a prime rib every Christmas Day!
