Thanks for making a modern oven!

I have enjoyed cooking with the NuWave Oven. I live with my 91 year old dad. The problem I have now is what to do with all the food. I keep thinking of what to cook next. I have cooked fresh and frozen with the same surprising results. I have surprised my family with all the cooking I have been doing. The fried food has always been a turn-off for me. I don’t like eating grease! Now my dad still wants big fish fries in the yard with all the family. He and mom had 6 kids. Three boys and three girls. My brother brings his big; fish fry cooker. That way I don’t have the mess in the kitchen. The fried chicken I once loved has been replaced with the nice chicken I cook with NuWave Oven. My brother insisted I buy a meat thermometer. Well mom told me a long time ago; when the meat comes away from the bone, the meat is done. Yes, I bought one anyway. I used it for the loin I cooked that was frozen.
