I was reading the review of your NuWave Oven before and after I made my purchase. There are only 2 types of negative reviews. The first one are from people who literally expect the whole world from 1 oven. The second was complain about your customer service. People said that you guys do not speak English, rude and not knowing what you are doing. I would like to write you an email to express my experience when I made my call into your company about my order. I called yesterday trying to cancel this order, mainly because the shipping to Canada was too much. I was ready for a long battle with your sales rep before I will have my refund. However, my experience was a sales rep who speaks with good manner. She made a counter offer, I declined. Without a second question, she canceled my order. That was nothing but a surprise. So I called back, tried to make a counter offer(within reason) and see what happens. Once again, a sales rep with well manner, without another question, she accepted my offer. I have been working in a high end retail environment for many years. I know what I can expect from good customer service. I found your product from infomercial. The way your sales reps handled my situation certainly exceeded my expectations. Although I haven’t received the oven yet, I have to give you guys 5 stars in terms of customer service. If you can recall who was the person who helped me, please let her know about my feed back. I spoke with 3 different sales reps. I supposed I can conclude that the majority of your team are well trained. You are welcome to post my comments on your website as well. Thanks again for your good customer service. I look forward to receive my oven and give my rating.
