This is just a THANK YOU, for your customer rep helping me obtain and receive without question, a replacement for a cracked dome for my NuWave Oven. No questions, comments, or insults. Just acceptance to my request for a new dome. I had somehow cracked mine, or it just cracked with general use, but nonetheless, NO CHARGE, replacement shipped and received within the week, (invoice date– 8/07/09. I did not expect such courtesy. I LOVE MY OVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a recent widow, and my late husband is the one who encouraged me to get the oven, due to the infomercial. At 72, I had all the extras I needed, but went for your product. I am oooooooooooooooooooooo grateful I did!!!!!!!! I will never be without this oven again, so long as you are in business!!! I use it exclusively, and now that I cook only for myself, would NEVER cook such good food, if it were not for the NuWave. I am trying to get my 3 adult children to get one, but of course, for now, they just don’t understand how or why I rave about it. Someday- Their loss, my gain!!!!! Thank you again. Customer for life—
