I’ve had the NuWave for over a year. I primarily use it to cook fish. I can take a piece of frozen salmon or tilapia and within minutes it’s done, and the fish is perfectly cooked. I’ve cooked pork tenderloin and London broil and the meat is tender and delicious. I’m totally pleased.
