What a surprise!

I’ve had a convection oven and enjoyed it very much. So, the infomercial for the Nuwave Oven was particularly interesting to me. On the other hand, I’ve been ‘burned’ by products offered via infomercials a couple of times and was more than a little hesitant to buy the Nuwave. — I am glad I decided to ‘take the plunge.’ The oven is easy to put together. The instruction book is very clear and concise, and recipes quite intriguing. The DVD with Chef Jennifer is fabulous; she talks about and demonstrates so much more than the infomercial! I was willing to take a chance, but my husband was walking around with a frown and mumbling about wasted money when it was delivered. That is until he was served the Rosemary Chicken for supper. After cleaning his plate, his first comment was
